- TASTING NOTE: Lovely floral aromatics on the nose from the Muscat, with the Riesling owning the palate bringing beautiful acidity and a shimmy of texture. Perfect for the onset of spring.
- ABOUT THE WINE: Organically grown grapes are handpicked and direct pressed. Vinified in tank. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulphur. Lisanne has done several vintages in Australia while learning her winemaking craft, and the 'Blanksia' wines are a nod to her Australian experience.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Originally from the Netherlands, Lisanne van Son worked for many years as a sommelier before moving to Touraine in the Loire in 2017 to pursue her dream of becoming a winemaker. There she started her winemaking studies and began producing wine under her Sonshine Vins label using purchased grapes from trusted growers who farm organically or biodynamically. In the cellar there are no interventions. Her wine is made with indigenous yeast and without additives, apart from a very little dose of sulphur before bottling- if the wine requires it- to keep it stable when it travels the world. In 2021 she and her partner Edouard purchased 4 hectares of vineyards in Jujurieux in the Bugey region, which is where her winery is now based.

A: Select 'pickup' when you place your online order and you can collect anytime during our opening hours.
Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sundays, Mondays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
