- ABOUT THE WINE: "Early harvest of grapes predominantly from our vineyards located in the cool climate subregion of Mount Barker ensures we maintain fine and linear acidity and capture delicate fruit flavours, important for the production of premium quality sparkling wine. The grapes were hand harvested and only the finest free run juice is retained for the base wine fermentations which occur in both stainless steel and older French oak. In order to build complexity in the base wines, portions of each blend undergo malolactic fermentation. This Howard Park Jeté Rosé NV is based on the 2021 vintage and was tiraged in December 2021 then disgorged in batches after a minimum 31 months on lees. In style, the wine is extra brut." Howard Park

ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Howard Park produces wine in both the Margaret River and Great Southern wine regions of Western Australia. Originally founded in 1986 by winemaker John Wade, it now falls under the banner of the Burch Family wine group which includes the Mad Fish, Marchand & Burch and Jete wine brands. With over 30 years of experience the viticultural team has grown an intimate, exhaustive knowledge of vines in these areas, culminating in the careful acquisition and development of four properties – Leston and Allingham in Margaret River, and Mount Barrow and Abercrombie in the Great Southern. Leston is now home to all winery operations, including the architecturally acclaimed cellar door, built in 2000

A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
