- ABOUT THE WINE:The Gevrey Chambertin village wine is sourced from 12 estate-owned biodynamic plots of 25-50 year old vines including ‘Aux Etelois’ and ‘Champs Chenys,’ which border Grand Cru Charmes-Chambertin. The hand harvested fruit is fermented with indigenous yeasts in open top fermenters and matured in 350L large oak barrels (25% new).
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: The Remoissenet estate dates back 150 years. In 2005 the next chapter commenced with new owners and team lead by Pierre-Antoine Rovani (ex-Wine Advocate), and head winemaker Claudie Jobard whose father is a renowned viticulturalist in Rully and mother esteemed oenologist for Joseph Drouhin. The team at Remoissenet wears two hats: one, as a high-quality, small-batch négociant, cultivating close relationships with vine-growers up and down the Côte; and two, as a vine-growing estate, with select vineyards, the majority of which are located in Beaune and Gevrey-Chambertin. Remoissenet’s holdings are farmed according to biodynamic principles, and Jobard's winemaking philosophy is non-interventionist, to let the grapes speak as clearly as possible.

Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
