TASTING NOTE / ABOUT THE WINE: Organically grown in Metricup, pressed straight into old barriques for a funky wild ferment on full solids. Racked onto fine lees for 9 month elevage, stirred occasionally for shape and texture rather than building weight. Bottled early summer without fining or filtering.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Based in Western Australia's Margaret River wine region, Nick (Maker) and Sarah (Master) make single vineyard, low-intervention wines with left of centre varieties and techniques. The wines are made with a light touch, avoiding fining and filtering while being sensitive to their needs rather than imposing pre-existing recipes.

A: Select 'pickup' when you place your online order and you can collect anytime during our opening hours.
Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Monday - Saturday: 11am - 9pm
Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
