- ABOUT THE WINE: This wine is a blend of 50% Mourvèdre, Grenache and Cinsault. The process begins with either skin maceration or direct pressing, followed by settling the juice at a low temperature. Fermentation then occurs in either stainless steel or concrete vats, ensuring precise control over temperature and fermentation dynamics.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Domaine Tempier is situated on hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, benefitting from high sunlight, moderated by cooling sea breezes and the Mistral winds. The vineyards are planted on diverse clay-limestone soils, ranging from limestone gréseux to rudist limestone and dolomite. Domaine Tempier produces small batches of single-vineyard wines, carefully crafted to express the unique quality and character of the terroir.

A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
