- ABOUT THE WINE: From 40-year-old vines grown in the Piesporter Goldtröpfchen vineyard, hand-harvested and whole-bunched pressed in an old basket-press. Fermentation with natural yeast and aged in stainless steel tank for 9 months before bottling.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Max is the 20th-generation winemaker at his family's historic estate, Geierslay. He is farming just 1.2 hectares and is certainly one of the most talented next generation Mosel producers. These are spectacular wines that are offering wonderful value for money. The grapes are basket pressed and fermented in stainless steel. There's an incredible transparent nature to these wines while they still hold great fruit concentration and rays of mineral. Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Monday - Saturday: 11am - 9pm
Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
