- ABOUT THE WINE: Made from 30-years-old vines grown on the clay loamy soils of the Chianti Rufina subregion, this wine is a blend of Sangiovese (90%), Canaiolo (5%) and Colorino (5%). Harvested by hand, the grapes are vinified separately in vats of concrete and stainless-steel tanks and macerated for 25-28 days. After the malolactic fermentation, 40% of the wine is refined in barrels, oak containers and the rest in cement tanks, for about 12 months. The wine is then blended in one big vat and bottled after a few months.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Since 1992, the Lippi and Santoni families have dedicated themselves to the production of wine and olive oil, in full respect of nature and territory. Always organic, both the wines and oil have been certified since 1999.

Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
