TASTING NOTE: Pale straw, vivid green youthful hue; tantalizing hints of pear, citrus blossom and a suggestion of spice jump out and present themselves on the bouquet; the palate is soft, appealing, approachable and basically a whole lot of fun.

ABOUT THE WINE: The first Prosecco produced in Australia, made in the Charmat method, where the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in a tank before it is bottled. This is the same method that most Prosecco in Italy is made with.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER: The Dal Zotto brothers are second generation farmers and vignerons in the King Valley, Victoria. Once a tobacco farm, the patriarch of the family Otto shifted the focus to Italian varieties in the 1980s. Research into producing Prosecco began shortly after. The first vines were planted in 1999 and the first bottle of Australian produced Prosecco released in 2004.

A: Select 'pickup' when you place your online order and you can collect anytime during our opening hours.
Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sundays, Mondays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.

A: We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or through Paypal. If you have a question about your payment please refer to your order number when you get in touch.
