- TASTING NOTE: Fresh, fragrant and fruit driven. Chalky, mouth puckering, a little bit wild.
- ABOUT THE WINE: A Schonburger, Pinot Gris blend, co-fermented on skins for 10 days with a dash of Musque added during blending. It’s super aromatic with a super “skinsy” bite, as amber wines tend to be.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Peter Dredge is Dr. Edge. With a wealth of experience garnered at wineries such as Petaluma, he has revitalised the Meadowbank label and returned it to its place as one of the must-watch vineyards in Tasmania. A nominee for the Young Gun of Wine Awards in 2017 for his work at Meadowbank, Dr. Edge is his passion project, a place where he can feel free to take risks and make wine that truly excites him. Dredge sources fruit from around Tasmania and the winemaking is minimal to say the least.

A: Select 'pickup' when you place your online order and you can collect anytime during our opening hours.
Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sundays, Mondays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.

A: We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or through Paypal. If you have a question about your payment please refer to your order number when you get in touch.
