- TASTING NOTE: Lots of wild, funky notes that surround a core of ripe stone fruit and touches of cashew and gunflint. The palate is a finely balanced mix of textural power, complexity and refinement that, like the aromatics, undergoes constant evolution in the glass. The depth of flavour and natural structure would allow for confident cellaring over the next 10 years.
- ABOUT THE WINE: 100% barrel ferment. Post fermentation the barrels were stirred fortnightly on zero sulphur. 50% malo. Aged for 10 months on French oak, 40% new.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: The Garland Project is Mike and Callum Garland, father and son team producing wine under the Fervor label, from both coasts of Australia. Mike is based in WA's Great Southern and is one of the states most awarded winemakers from his time at Plantagenet Wines, Singlefile, and Castelli Estate. Callum is the assitant winemaker at Lethbridge Winery in Victoria and is one of the top young winemakers in the country. They aim to produce an eclectic range of cool climate styles out of WA and interesting takes on wines they love to drink themselves.

Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sundays, Mondays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
