- TASTING NOTE: Intense aromatics of fresh white flowers, white peach and tropical fruit. The palate is harmonious, elegant and persistent with almond and mineral notes.
- ABOUT THE WINE: Fruit is hand picked from 80 year old vines on multiple passes through the vineyard to ensure optimal ripeness. Soft pressing and slow fermentation with wild yeasts without adding sulphur. The wine is left for at least six months on lees in small steel tanks.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: The Gini family has roots in the Soave Classico region dating from the seventh century, and owns 25 hectares of vineyards situated on the very best hillside position of the appellation. Extremely low yields, organic viticulture, and devoted attention to expressing the unique character of each vineyard results in wines that are not only among the greatest Soave's but also among the great white wines of Italy.

Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sundays, Mondays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
