- TASTING NOTE: Generous red fruited character with hints of dark berries and balsamic. Very Mediterranean character - medium to full bodied, silky texture, fresh acidity and savoury tannin.
- ABOUT THE WINE: Organic and biodynamic principals are used in the vineyards which are small plots between 50-70 years old, located in Capçanes, Marçà and Pla de Falset. Fermented in cement tanks and aged for 2 months before being transferred to Stockinger Austrian oak foudres. for 14 months of ageing.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Josep Grau returned to the land where he was born in 2003 to embarked on a new journey. His wines are not influenced by trends. Grau is convinced that outstanding wines can be made with very little, avoiding artifice and respecting the natural language of the vineyard. Farming is very considered with all vineyard work done by hand and no pesticides or herbicides used. Work in the winery follows the same philosophy; natural ferments, minimal sulphur use and large format oak let the grapes shine.

A: Select 'pickup' when you place your online order and you can collect anytime during our opening hours.
Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sundays, Mondays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
