Fruit sourced from the loudest Wilyabrup vineyard you’ve never heard of; Maximaler Räve, a premium Wilyabrup vineyard known as the only Grosse Lage site in Australia. Gently basket pressed and wild fermented on lees in barrel. Jasmine, orange oil and musk with a lime rind acidity and a smidge of residual sugar. A perfectly balanced off-dry style. ABOUT THE PRODUCER: From the LS team..."THE STORY BEHIND LS MERCHANTS- It’s all because a young winemaker from Geelong wanted something more from Margaret River than Cab Sauv and Chardy. Dylan Arvidson was born in Blenheim NZ, raised in Geelong VIC and moved to Margaret River in 2009 after being offered a job at Juniper Estate. He realised early on that although his favourite variety to drink and make is Chardonnay, his passion lay in finding obscure varieties or fruit not typically well known in our region and making it into the best possible example of that variety. Throwing the textbooks away and working on flavours rather than analysis and taking winemaking back to basics." The LS Merchants team works with like-minded growers from around WA to produce expressive, fun, minimal intervention wine, that doesn't take itself too seriously.

A: Select 'pickup' when you place your online order and you can collect anytime during our opening hours.
Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Monday - Saturday: 11am - 9pm
Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
