- TASTING NOTE: Inviting, direct and fine fruited on the nose, the palate is generous and full with lovely ripe fruit all backed with vibrant acid and mineral length.
- ABOUT THE WINE: The grapes come from three separate parcels of low-yielding 50 plus year old vines. Each parcels is individually, naturally fermented before spending over a year in a combination of stainless and concrete, before being racked, blended and bottled without fining or filtration.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Thomas Pico established Domaine Pattes Loup (meaning Wolf Paws) in 2005 having inherited 8 hectares of vines from his family. Based in the lesser-known area of Courgis, he farms organically and biodynamically, and harvests everything by hand, favouring low yields and late picking for pronounced ripeness of fruit. Fermentation is done in either neutral wood, concrete and/or stainless dependent on the vintage and cuvée, with some wines kept for an extended period of time on the lees. Thomas' wines are some of the purest examples of Chablis and are becoming extremely hard to find.

A: Select 'pickup' when you place your online order and you can collect anytime during our opening hours.
Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sundays, Mondays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
