- TASTING NOTE: This Vin de France is a great expression of the region, crunchy, vibrant and delicious.

ABOUT THE WINE: Sourced from 60 year old vines in the Volnay area. Fermented in cuve bois tronconique (wooden tapered barrel). 12 months of aging in 228L neutral oak barrels, racked once, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. A tiny bit of sulphur added at racking.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Sarnin-Berrux are a Saint Romain based negociant who only work with organic and biodynamically grown fruit from around Burgundy and produce their wines with natural wine making principals; major movements of the wine are made according to the lunar cycle, native yeasts, no additives or alterations, no fining or filtration and no or very little sulphur added.

Q: What are my pickup options?
A: Select 'pickup' when you place your online order and you can collect anytime during our opening hours.
Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sundays, Mondays & Public Holidays: Closed
Q: Can someone else pickup my order?
A: Yes if they have your receipt. However all alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
